Iowa Chapter - Healthcare Financial Management Association Corporate Sponsor Program

WHY BE A CORPORATE SPONSOR?

Visibility is a powerful advantage, as evidenced by the strong support for the Iowa chapter corporate sponsorship program which provides your organization an opportunity for additional exposure to our membership of over 300 healthcare financial professionals in the state of Iowa. With your support, our chapter can continue to maintain the low cost of quality educational sessions and provide financial support for a superior newsletter that shares updates and educational information with our members.

ENROLLMENT

Enrollment will be calendar year starting January 1, 20XX through December 31, 20XX.  A listing of categories and sponsorship benefits is attached, along with special sponsorship activities. Please return the attached pledge card indicating your level of sponsorship and interest in event sponsorship. A thank you letter that will serve as your invoice will be mailed after we receive a commitment for sponsorship. In response to the letter, please send your company's camera ready logo/advertisement for inclusion in the newsletters and membership directory.

    • One 2x4 acknowledgment in all four issues of the Iowa Network
    • One free registration at any meeting except the Annual Institute

    • One 4x4 acknowledgment in all four issues of the Iowa Network
    • Two free registrations at any meeting except the Annual Institute
    • Ability to display marketing materials at the Gold Sponsor Table at each meeting

    • One 4x8 acknowledgment in all four issues of the Iowa Network
    • Two free registrations at any meeting except the Annual Institute
    • Full page acknowledgment in the annual Membership Directory
